В статье представлена информация об организации Контакт-центра в сфере ОМС на площадке Единого контактного центра Правительства Тульской области с целью повышения уровня доступности и качества информационной поддержки застрахованных лиц, а также эффективности работы по защите прав и законных интересов граждан в сфере ОМС.

The article presents the information about the organization of the Contact Center in the Field of OMI at the
site of the Single Contact Center of the Government of the Tula region with the purpose to improve the availability
and quality level of information support for insured persons as well as the efficacy in the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the sphere of obligatory medical insurance.

Резюме

В свете реализации задач, поставленных президентом Российской Федерации в Послании Федеральному Собранию 3 декабря 2015 года, обсуждаются аспекты усиления деятельности Территориального фонда ОМС и страховых медицинских организаций по защите прав застрахованных лиц. Авторами приведены примеры успешных инноваций в сфере ОМС в Нижегородской области.

Опыт проведения реабилитационных мероприятий в санатории «Ливадия» в рамках сферы ОМС

Резюме

В данной статье представлена информация о деятельности санатория «Ливадия», в котором с января 2016 года проводится госпитализация пациентов в отделение кардиореабилитации в рамках системы ОМС. Это дало возможность пациентам, перенесшим острый инфаркт миокарда, аортокоронарное шунтирование, после баллонной ангиопластики и стентирования коронарных сосудов долечиться в санатории «Ливадия» бесплатно.

This article presents information on the activities of the Sanatorium “Livadia”, where the hospitalization of
patients in the Department of Cardio-rehabilitation is performed within the OMI system since January 2016. This gave the opportunity for patients with acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass grafting after balloon angioplasty and stenting of the coronary vessels to recover in the sanatorium “Livadia” free of charge.

Резюме

В настоящее время одним из самых дискуссионных направлений стратегии развития здравоохранения является формирование условий для развития механизмов государственно-частного партнерства. Использование форм взаимодействия бизнеса и государства позволяют оптимизировать расходы и создать эффективную конкурентную среду в отрасли, расширяют для пациентов выбор медицинских организаций, что ведет к повышению качества и доступности медицинской помощи.

Currently, one of the most controversial areas in the strategy for public health development is a formation of
conditions for development of mechanisms of state-private partnership. The use of forms in interaction of the
business and the state allow us to optimize costs and to establish an effective competitive environment in the industry, offer for patients the choice of medical organizations that leads to an improvement of the quality and accessibility of health care.
